Yoshino Welcomes HUTECH Students for a Factory Tour

🍀 In mid-June, Yoshino was pleased to welcome students from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) to visit the Yoshino Gypsum Vietnam factory.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to explore Yoshino’s manufacturing process, quality management system, and the philosophy of “Monozukuri” – the Japanese spirit of creating products with dedication and craftsmanship. For more than 120 years, this philosophy has been the foundation of Yoshino’s continuous pursuit of improvement, enabling us to deliver gypsum board products that meet Japanese quality standards.

In addition to learning about the company’s operations, the students actively engaged in discussions on quality control, product development, and career opportunities at Yoshino as well as at Japanese companies in general.

At Yoshino, every factory tour is more than just an introduction to our company. It is an opportunity for students to gain first-hand insight into the manufacturing, operational, and management processes behind producing high-quality products.

Through these practical experiences, Yoshino hopes to strengthen collaboration with universities by bridging academic knowledge with real-world workplace practices based on Japanese standards in Vietnam, helping students build greater confidence as they prepare for their future careers.
